Job description
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the company's daily service work, including instrument installation, maintenance, repair, calibration and customer training;
- Responsible for the application technology development of the company's spectroscopic instruments;
- Regularly maintain and visit key customers in the region to strengthen application communication with customers.
- Proficient in the application knowledge of the company's related products, can provide technical selection solutions for sales personnel;
- Strengthen and enhance the company's brand image of technical support and after-sales service;
- Complete other work tasks assigned by the company;
Job Requirements:
- More than two years of technical support work experience, spectral analyzer or petrochemical industry work experience is preferred;
- Bachelor degree or above, professional background in chemistry or mechanical, electronics, electrical and automation, major in analytical chemistry is preferred;
- Good English expression and literacy skills, able to use English to communicate and read and write;
- Strong hands-on ability and self-study ability, good language expression ability and telephone communication ability;
- responsible, self-motivated, hard-working, and able to withstand greater pressure;
- able to adapt to business trips;
