The operation process of participating in Tencent meetings

 

After contacting our customer service, if you still need further guidance and communication with our technical engineers. We will send you an invitation to the Tencent meeting (as shown below).

 

 

 

Once you receive the invitation, you can go through Mobile phone or Computer Come to the meeting.

Method 1: Use your phone to join the meeting
Please click the invitation link directly and the following page will be displayed.
You can choose Mini program joined or Join the meeting Come and join the meeting.

 

 

 

1. Mini Program Membership (No need to download Tencent Meeting APP for this method)
Operate: Open the Changan identification mini program code in WeChat, select to go to Tencent Meeting and authorize login to join the meeting.

 

 

 

2. Join a meeting (this method requires you to install and register the Tencent Meeting app first)
Operate: Click Join Meeting and the following page will appear, click Allow will automatically jump to the Tencent Meeting APP, and you can join the meeting after logging in.

 

 

 

Method 2: Use a computer to participate in the meeting
1. You need to install and register for Tencent Meeting on PC first.
2. Log in to Tencent Meeting on PC and click Join Meeting, and the following page will appear.
Operate: Start by filling in the meeting number in the meeting invitation, as well as the name you want to display in the meeting and tick the relevant settings. Then click Join Meeting.
