检测方法
润滑油在有水与湍流的情况下使用时，从水中分离出来与抗乳化的能力是一种重要功能特性。通过在规定的温度下搅拌相同体积的水与样品的混合液以形成乳化液并观察出现乳化液分离所需要的时间来测定水分离性。本方法适用于石油与合成液。
符合ASTM1401, ISO6614及相关水分离性测试标准测试润滑油的乳化性能七位Pyrex™加热恒温浴，透明视窗，照明系统便于进行测量观测。
微处理数显温度控制器，内置过热保护与低液位安全系统。温度范围25℃ to 84℃，精确度与稳定性±0.05℃ 。
数显控制搅拌器，搅拌速率0-2000rpm，精度±1rpm，简单按钮操作精确控制时间与搅拌速度，搅拌时间最长为99.99 min。自动存储设定参数。
对于多数样品，可在10分钟内达到ASTM/ISO温度 54℃和82℃。
